Document Management

The documents section is where you can store all files related to your business.

You can create folders and sub folders. Click on the "Add Folder" button to create a folder in the root. Click on the plus icon next to a folder to create a sub folder within that folder.

If you set a folder to be private the system will not let you share any files in that folder.

To edit a folder, click on the edit icon next to the folder.



Click on a file name to view/edit/download. When click on a file name a popup will open with three buttons at the bottom.
  • Green button - download the file to your computer
  • Yellow button - share the file with one of your contacts
  • Blue button - save any changes you have made to the description or folder
